All of our products are handcrafted carefully in order to deliver high-quality genuine products just for you. Unfortunately we do not accept any products that are returned for the following causes:
– A customer received a correct order and then changed his/her mind;
– A customer has already used a product.
-The order was a custom-made order.
– If more than 14 days have passed since the receipt of the order.
 
However, you can change your order before it is shipped. If there aren’t any delays in shipping time, we normally ship our products between 1-3 weeks.
To request any available modifications before shipment, please contact us at customercare@vuslatarca.com within 24 hours. If you want to add more items to your order, please place a second order and contact us to handle your orders in one shipment. If you want to change color or size, please contact us accordingly. 
 
We accept to exchange your products in case,
– You ordered the wrong size and did not notice until you received it. In this case, you will have to pay all of the additional costs like shipping and taxes to send us the product and receive your correct size.
– You received the wrong order by our mistake. If your order is not right, contact us and we will pay all of the additional costs like shipping and taxes and send you your correct order. If you ordered more than one piece in your order we offer an exchange for the wrong item only.
 
It is necessary that you should inform us by writing us a message with photos for confirmation that it is, in fact, a wrong item. You can reach us from our CONTACT page or sending us an e-mail to customercare@vuslatarca.com within 7 days after receiving the product to make an exchange.
